Secondary Antibodies from Diatoms (HRP-labelled)
Secondary antibodies have a bad reputation, and for good reason. They are almost always produced as polyclonal sera in animals. This limits their availability and often leads to non-specific cross-reactions.
We have addressed this problem by developing a series of HRP-coupled antibodies from diatoms. These antibodies are clearly superior to their classical counterparts. These antibodies are currently in the final stages of testing. They will be available in the near future:
anti-mouse IgG – HRP
Anti-mouse IgG-1 – HRP
Anti-mouse IgG-2A – HRP
Anti-Mouse IgG-2B – HRP
Anti-Mouse IgG-3 – HRP
Their use has been / is being tested in
ELISA
Western blot
Immunohistochemistry
Lateral flow assays
